QR Code Chimp alternative
QR Code Chimp is a large QR platform with many templates. SmartQRCode is narrower: the templates we list, dynamic codes you can edit, scan counts, and a lifetime payment so a carton does not depend on next year's card.
What QR Code Chimp is
A multi-product QR suite. Confirm current plans on their pricing page.
What SmartQRCode is
The templates we list. Bulk, custom domains and the API exist in the product; whether they are on sale is a flag, not a promise in this sentence.
Scope
They offer a wide template catalogue. We offer the templates we list and refuse to describe Wi-Fi as trackable.
Cost shape
Lifetime here is one payment. If you prefer a suite with add-ons, their catalogue may fit.
Honesty on static
A free static code from any vendor is correct when the URL will never move.
Who should pick which
Stay on Chimp if you already use their forms and pages. Switch if the thing you care about is a printed code that must not expire with a plan.
Questions
Only if it is static or they keep resolving it. Dynamic codes die with the provider. That is also true of us (F91).
No. We have the templates we list. If you need a type we do not list, we are the wrong tool.
$1.99 then $97/year, or $29, or $197 once.
Bulk from a spreadsheet exists in the product. This page does not sell it while business tiers are not on the public offer.
Trial is $1.99 for 7 days, not an unpaid tier. Create a code when the destination might still move.
Make one and see
Pick a type, brand it, and change the destination whenever you like. This is a shorter decision with a code in front of you.
