A REST API, so codes can be generated by your CMS, your PIM or your warehouse system instead of by hand.

Signed HTTP callbacks when a code is created, edited or archived, when a bulk batch finishes, when a domain goes live, or when your team changes.
Reliability
The question a developer asks before integrating anything. There is no service-level agreement on this API and we do not claim one. What there is, is a design that makes a failed call safe to repeat and keeps the scan path out of it entirely.
Bearer token, JSON in, JSON out. Send an idempotency key and a repeat of the same request replays the original response instead of creating a second code.

Yes: 120 requests a minute per key, so one runaway loop cannot spend a month's quota in an afternoon. Both ceilings are reported in the response headers.
Deliberately not. A write per scan would put the redirect behind a queue and turn one poster into a million delivery attempts. The events are code lifecycle, bulk completion, domain verification and team changes.
Each account has one key, created in the dashboard. Rotating it issues a new key and revokes the old one at once, so a key that leaks stops working the moment you replace it.
Yes. The full reference is public and is generated from the same specification the API is checked against, so it cannot describe an endpoint that is not there. A key is only needed to make a call.
