No. Because the password is inside the pattern, changing your network password means generating and printing a new code. That is true of every WiFi QR code, not just ours. If you expect the password to change often, keep the printed card easy to swap.
WPA and WPA2, plus open networks with no password. Enterprise networks that need a username and certificate cannot be encoded this way.
